The finance landscape is shifting faster than ever, but modernization without structure creates chaos, not efficiency. On May 14th, join us for a candid conversation about building finance teams that harness AI and automation while maintaining the rigor, controls, and governance our profession demands.
We'll explore how leading finance organizations are moving beyond ad-hoc automation to create systematic, repeatable frameworks that actually scale. This isn't about chasing every new tool, it's about establishing the right foundation: clear process ownership, controlled experimentation, and a culture where your team feels empowered to innovate within guardrails.
You'll walk away with practical perspectives on:
- Identifying which processes are truly automation-ready (and which aren't)
- Building governance structures that enable speed without sacrificing control.
- Creating a team environment where AI adoption feels supportive, not disruptive
- Establishing measurable outcomes that matter to finance leadership
Whether you're just starting to think about AI in your function or you're already knee-deep in pilot projects, this session will help you think more strategically about sustainable transformation, not just technology implementation.
This is also a preview of our upcoming 5-week deep-dive cohort where we'll work hands-on with these frameworks. Come curious, leave with a clearer path forward.
