Ryan Woodward, CMA, MBA is a finance and IT executive with 25+ years experience supporting the Federal government. Following service in the US Marine Corps, Ryan served 17 years in the Department of Veterans Affairs. He retired from VA in 2025.
Ryan is now Vice President of Business Transformation at TISTA, a Federal contractor. He advises and supports Federal agencies in FinOps, IT Financial Management, and IT operations. He is also the founder and owner of BizTechOps LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
