Sam Antar

Sam Antar was a CPA, the former CFO of Crazy Eddie, and a convicted felon. At Crazy Eddie, Mr. Antar helped mastermind one of the largest securities frauds uncovered during the 1980s.

In subsequent years, Sam Antar was a forensic accountant and his primary work focused on identifying and investigating public companies engaged in securities fraud. He advised law enforcement agencies and professionals about white-collar crime and trained them to catch the crooks. His clients included government agencies, law firms, accounting firms, independent investment research firms, hedge funds, public companies, and other organizations. Today, Mr. Antar is semi-retired.
